Certified Youth/Adult Counselor - Bilingual (San Bernardino)

Compensation: $16.00/hr certified
Immediate opening for a adult/youth counselor at our San Bernardino Outpatient Recovery Center. Male preferred. Must be fully certified with State-recognized body (CADC, RAS, CATC, etc). and have two years experience with youth. Must be computer literate. Proficient charting, professional appearance, and mannerism. Experience with Medi-Cal a big plus.

Recovery Advocate
Job Description:

Entry level position open for recovery advocate at 120-bed residential program for men, women, and men/women w/ children. Must be registered (CAADAC, CAADE, CAARR, Breining, etc.) and actively pursuing education/certification as a drug and alcohol counselor. Two years experience. Bilingual a plus. Working knowledge of computer and MS Office. Must have valid Class B license or be eligible. Clean DMV. Current CPR and First Aid. Professional appearance and pleasant mannerism. Must pass criminal background check. Must be off probation or parole. (if applicable).

$11.50-$12.00/hour. Must be flexible. Position is temp-to-hire.

Domestic Violence Counselor
Job Description:

Immediate need for a Certified DV Counselor/Group Facilitator.  Full DV Certification required (40 hours of Anderson and Anderson Domestic Violence education + 52 weeks of co-facilitation complete).  Must present proof.  Also CCAPP or CAADE Certified.


Computer literate. Knowledge of California Code of Regulations governing Domestic Violence Batterer's Treatment programs a must. Also able to pass DOJ and CDCR background checks.

Job Description:

Immediate opening for an assistant cook to help prepare meals for 150-bed residential alcohol and drug treatment program.

Minimum of two years experience in food service. Must have Food Handler Certification and be familiar with nutritional requirements. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service. Familiar with chemical dependency treatment and recovery. Valid Driver’s License, clean DMV and proof of automobile insurance. Current CPR and First Aid Certificates. Must pass criminal background check.
